This program focuses on ensuring equal access to quality education for Dallas ISD students grades 6 -12 who are currently homeless, living in transitional housing, or in families who have completed transitional housing programs. Additionally, students will be provided with a continuum of longterm academic support from the time they become homeless until they graduate from high school. Once a student is identified by Dallas ISD as being homeless, they qualify for the H.O.P.E. program, and will receive a tutor/academic coach that will provide long term tutoring, academic coaching, and mentoring. Students who meet the qualifications for this program receive free services.
